In other words, one finds union or, “yoga” with the self and the self’s place in the world.TYPICAL SESSION – Private Yoga ConsultationFirst Session:Clients are asked to consider their intentions or goals before their initial meeting with Angela. The first session is a key factor for the development of a rewarding and inspirational yoga practice. It is a time where Angela can determine what the most effective methods will be in assisting a client towards full embodiment of his or her intentions through the practice of yoga. After ample discussion of the clients personal objectives Angela can then begin to create a personally tailored session Angela uses asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation, kriya, affirmations, svidyaya, visualization and other yogic methods in her sessions to give her clients a full range of techniques to choose from in order to provide the most effective tools for meeting her clients needs.Follow up sessions:After the initial first meeting, sessions are frequently booked in 60 minute intervals, but a full practice is usually considered to be at least 90 minutes in length. This includes ample time for a centering, meditation, pranayama, warm up, sun salutations, asana practice, cooling poses, final guided relaxation, meditation and question - answer time.Clients are asked to wear non restrictive clothing and provide their own props. (Mats blocks and straps can be provided upon request.)
